Please read through our T&Cs:
Payment for goods must be, made in full. No goods can be reserved with part payment.
No dispatch of goods will occur without full and final payment.
All risk to the goods passes to the customer as soon as goods are dispatched.
All sales are considered final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered.
Dispatch will be from Epping, or Paarden Eiland
All goods must be collected within 30 days (1 month) of sale..
If goods are not collected within 30 days (1 month) of purchase, there will be a storage fee of 1% of the value of the goods per week or part thereof.
Storage fee must be made before collection of tiles.
All tiles, but in particular natural stone tiles, have variation in colour and texture that may not appear on the sample display. This shall not allow the client leeway in instituting a claim against clearance warehouse.
No selection of tiles is allowed.
The customer acknowledges that Clearance Warehouse products may be considered damaged, shop soiled, or end of range. All goods are sold as is.
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be entertained for whatever reason whatsoever.
The customer agrees, regardless of any negligence on the part of Clearance Warehouse, to hold harmless and indemnify Clearance Warehouse from any liabilities or costs which may accrue or be suffered by the customer in connection with the supply of goods by Clearance Warehouse. Clearance Warehouse will not be liable to the customer in connection with the supply of the goods or any error in information supplied to the customer, whether arising out of negligence on behalf of Clearance Warehouse or any of its agents.
All sales are final.
