Please note that our stock is stored across various warehouses. As a result, certain items may not be available for immediate collection from our showroom at the time of purchase. Our team will advise you on collection availability and arrangements once your order has been processed.

Delivery

Delivery is facilitated by a trusted third-party service provider. Please contact our team for delivery rates, lead times, and further information.

Important Delivery Information

• Deliveries are made to street level only. Should goods need to be moved beyond the delivery point, please ensure sufficient manpower is available on site to avoid additional handling charges.
• Delivery vehicles may have difficulty accessing properties with steep inclines, declines, narrow roads, or other challenging access conditions. Please advise us in advance if your site may present any access concerns.
• We recommend allowing for approximately 3–5% breakages during transportation. Any broken tiles can generally be used for cuts and smaller installations where required.
